wildbots.ru is the personal blog and portfolio of Konstantin Romankov, covering business process automation, AI agents and e-commerce. This policy describes what personal data is processed when you use the site, for what purpose, and how it is protected. It is aligned with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

What data is processed, and why
Contact form
When you send a message through the “Discuss your project” form, the contact you provide (email, Telegram or phone) and the message text are processed. The purpose is to get back to you and answer your request. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form. The message is delivered to the controller via the Telegram Bot API (Telegram service).
Cookies and web analytics
The site uses cookies and web-analytics systems to collect anonymised traffic statistics (page views, referral sources, on-site behaviour). Depending on the current configuration, these may include Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the VK, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn pixels. These services may use cookies and collect technical data (IP address, device and browser type, on-page actions) on their own servers under their own policies. For visitors from EU countries, analytics is blocked until consent is given via the cookie banner.
Server logs
The web server automatically records technical request data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, user-agent) — a standard measure to keep the site operational and secure. Hosting is located in the Russian Federation.
Retention
Data from the contact form is stored until the purpose of your request is fulfilled or until you withdraw consent. Web-analytics data is stored in anonymised form according to the settings of the services used.
Sharing with third parties
The controller does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for the services listed above (Telegram — to deliver requests; analytics systems — to collect statistics) and cases expressly required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw any previously given consent — by sending a request to hello@wildbots.ru. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Data protection
Form data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). The controller takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top will be revised.
